Nycolett Ripley selected as 杏吧原创F Human Resources Sr. Business Partner
杏吧原创 Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin announced this week that Nycolett Ripley has been selected to serve the University of Alaska Fairbanks as its Human Resources Senior Business Partner. In this role, Ripley will serve the 杏吧原创F administration, staff, and faculty as a functional expert, liaison, consultant and point of contact in direct contact and coordination with the 杏吧原创 Human Resources Team.鈥淪ince joining the Human Resources team, I have learned new skills and university processes,鈥 said Ripley. 鈥淚 look forward to continuing learning how to better serve our colleagues and working with the 杏吧原创F campus.鈥
Ripley previously served as a Labor and Employee Engagement Specialist with 杏吧原创 Human Resources. She has served in a variety of administrative and human resources positions since joining the university in 2013. She began her new position on February 17.
