Employees: Remove non-ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Email Forwards by March 5
Per ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ guidelines, employees are no longer allowed to forward their university email to non-ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ email accounts, including personal email addresses. To be in compliance employees are advised to remove any non-ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ forwards within their ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ accounts by March 5, 2021.
- To update email forward options within your ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ ID account:
Login at . - To the right of ‘Email Destination’ select .
- Change the selected radial from ‘Other’ to ‘ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Google - Recommended’.
- Select ‘Save Settings’, then ‘Sign Out’.
