Upgrade in 杏吧原创Online Impacting student Authorized Viewers (Proxies)

On Monday, July 28, 2025, an upgrade to 杏吧原创Online will occur, which will have the following impacts for students who have or would like to set up authorized viewers (formerly known as proxies) to view their 杏吧原创Online information:
What has changed?
- Reference to 鈥減roxy鈥 will be changed to 鈥渁uthorized viewer.鈥
- Some of the 杏吧原创Online pages have changed to reflect the upgrade. If you have set up authorized viewers (proxies), please log in after July 28 and review the settings for your authorized viewer. Make sure that you have assigned to their account the correct pages you want them to see.
- The link your authorized viewer uses to log in to 杏吧原创Online will be updated. Please direct them to the new link on the 杏吧原创Online login page.
What stays the same?
- You may navigate to the 鈥淎uthorized Viewer鈥 page to manage permissions through the same method as you do now:
- A link in the Student Profile under the 鈥淎dditional Links鈥 section.
- Click on the 鈥淎uthorized Viewer鈥 link in the 4-square menu.
- Navigate to the My Profile page and click the 鈥淎uthorized Viewer鈥 tile.
